• If something goes wrong, file a complaint with evidence during the complaint window.
• Every gift is bought and shipped by the jjajan team. If we cannot fulfil a physical gift, its price goes to the creator's balance.
• A Report button on profiles, wishlist items, gift messages and orders. A person reviews every report.
